Everything you need to get set up on Impact, so you can get paid as a Strava Affiliate.

Before You Start

We recommend completing both the Bank Account and Tax Document steps on a desktop browser for the smoothest experience. Please note that the Impact app does not support this process.
Have your bank details or PayPal login ready, plus your tax ID.
Have your personal ID (e.g., a passport, drivers license, local ID).
Set aside about 15 minutes in one go.
Log into Impact using the same email you used for your original affiliate application.
Ensure you are not logged into Impact on multiple devices — only one device can be signed in at a time.
Impact supports translation into several languages. If a particular screen doesn't translate (some verification steps are provided by third-party tools and may stay in English), your browser's built-in auto-translate feature usually picks up the rest.

STEP ONE — BANK ACCOUNT

Set up how you get paid

This section is where you set up how you actually get paid.

Choose Settings, then scroll to Finance (if on Desktop, click your initial in the top-right corner).

STEP TWO — TAX DOCUMENTS

Submit tax documents needed for payment

This is essential to be filled out in order to be paid.

This screen can take up to a minute to load.

Don't refresh

If it looks stuck, wait rather than reloading the page — refreshing can send the whole form back to the start.

New affiliate?

After being accepted, it can take up to 24 hours for the tax option to appear in Settings → Finance → Tax Documents. If it's been longer than that and you still don't see it, reach out to affiliates@strava.com. Please do not send your tax documents or ID numbers to this email.

You're done

To double-check your submission went through, head back to Settings → Finance and confirm your tax document is showing there.

Can't find your tax ID
Contact your national tax authority directly — this isn't something Impact, Strava, or this guide can look up for you.
